Try to be in a body form like you lay on a flat floor - this is maximum front wind surface you can have - and to fly static mode you need the lowest wind ever. If you transit from any another position to Plywood position you will move up fast.
Flying Squirrel position:
To practice the Flying Squirrel position, it is enough to straighten your arms and legs from position Belly Neutral. If there is an upward movement at the same time, bend in the lower back.
This is a pleasant and useful exercise - do it every time at the beginning of a training to warm up or between difficult exercises to relax your muscles.
