Eagle position - static and dynamic mode bodyflying position. Symmetrical body form. It is possible to use that position for the flying on a low, middle and high wind speed. Wind blows mostly to the front side of the body.
Your torso should be forward (around a 10-45 degree tilt from the horizontal axis on a low and middle wind speed), but not too much. You want to keep the center of gravity over your hips.
Keep your back straight to avoid collapsing your posture, which can make controlling your flight more difficult.
Look straight ahead with a neutral neck position. Don’t tilt your head back or forward too much - maintain a balanced, neutral stance.

First trying Eagle position with my student - how you can see for mostly people it is hard to push feet down (thats why better to start training it on the net).
Transit from Belly neutral position to Eagle position on the net:
First, create a moment of inertia of moving down in the Belly Neutral position, then make a transit to the Eagle position and continue moving down to the net. While moving down, it becomes much easier to push your legs down - use this method with caution:
