Back Neutral position - static and dynamic mode bodyflying position. Symmetrical body form. It is possible to use that position for the flying on a low, middle and high wind speed. Wind blows mostly to the back side of the body.
Back Neutral position first trying.
Low wind speed.
When you first time will be trying back flying - it will feel like "another world" - you will need time to adapt. Next you can start to learn how to do your flying controlled.
At some point you can move in any trajectories without any visible change in position shape, using position balance, but before you can use separate body parts for different movements such as going:
- upward / downward;
- forward / backward;
- right / Left sideward;
- clockwise / anti-clockwise rotation.
Back Neutral position:
At first, you’ll feel wobbly and get tossed around, but your goal is to keep restabilizing yourself every time you lose control. This process will help you understand how to manage your back-flying. You can also train on the BodyFlying Machines, which will significantly reduce the time needed to master this skill.
