BACK SCREW - PRO EXERCISE (v.11)

This exercise need to do with no stops between the parts. Let's check the description:
Staying on the net in position like Star (1) next jump up and do transit (360' back + 360' body-left directions) through the positions like:
- left Star Side (5);
- right side Aquarius (7);
- left Star Side (9);
- Angel (11);
landing to position like a Star (14) to the net.
