Students need to have a out-mind training.

When you prepare your student for the competitions - and trainings is start to be so much hard because the body is very tired - sometimes good to organize the relax and friendship sessions - turn on the wind to the comfortable speed and just to fly something easy !

For example:
1) Exit to the door via screw
2) Hammock position after screw
3) Carving with legs like pikes in different easy positions
4) Roof position keeping (this is not easy and relax to be honest)
5) And the Battle of Mantises (you need to turn your opponent to the back)
