Change Langust direction via legs!

(1) Start in LANGUST position.
(2) Transit to AQUARIUS position (wind to the left side of the body).
(3-4) Transit to MINI NINJA position (wind to the left side of the body).
(5) Transit to position something look like CRAB positions.
(6) Transit to MINI NINJA position (wind to the right side of the body).
(7-8-9) Transit to position something look like BIRD with BEAUTIFUL (left side of the body) positions.
(10-11) Transit to LANGUST position and smile.

EXERCISE 3
Bird position carving and change in carve direction via transit to Beautiful position!
Wind speed: Low-Medium

(1) Carve in BIRD position to the right-hand direction!
(2-3) While carving in BIRD position, transit into BEAUTIFUL position (just not move your left hand)
(4-5) Continue turning your body from BEAUTIFUL position to KITE position!
(6-7) Continue turning your body from KITE position to BEAUTIFUL position "backward direction" carving.
(8-9) Complete the last turn of you body (7) with a transit from BEAUTIFUL position to BACK WING position "backward direction" carving and stop carving.
(10-11) Use this stop-momentum for the lay-out over head from BACK WING position into BIRD position.

He not come to BACK WING position correctly , and next not come in a BEAUTIFUL position backward direction of carving correctly! That why he have only one way to come to BELLY WING position and cheating that exercise like how he more comfortable!

Back Flip and next Back Screw from Star position to Angel position

(1-2) Start from STAR position to create inertion like how we want to do back flip !
(3-4) In that moment do transit to position like WIRE or ORANGUTANG (wind to left side of the body) and follow inertion of back flip !
(5-6) Transit to position like PLANE (wind to left side of the body) and follow inertion of back flip !
(7-8) Transit to position like BACK WING and follow inertion of back flip !
(9) Transit to position like PLANE (wind to right side of the body)
next to like WIRE or ORANGUTANG positions (wind to right side of the body) and follow inertion of back flip !
(10-11) Transit to position like FLYING SQUIRREL and follow inertion of back flip !
(12-13) Transit to ANGEL position and follow inertion of back flip and smile !
