Flip twist (A-Z)

You can start to learning technique of performing "Flip twist" immediately after you have mastered* 2 bodyflying positions:

- "Belly neutral" position;
- "Back neutral" position.
*Have mastered - move confidently in the windtunnel in all basic directions.

For next exercise, you need to have some skills* in flying positions:

- "Boat" position;
- "Sloth" position;
- "Scarab" position.
*Some skills - will be good if you can keep positions for some seconds.
