BACK SCREW - BASIC EXERCISE (v.3)

This "back screw exercise" possible to do with a stops between the parts. Let's see step by step:
Start position - Hedgehog or Sit (1) - staying on the net.
Doing jump up with transit (body-left direction) to Mantis (10) position.
During jump up and transit - body going through the combination of positions: left side Ninja/Orangutang (5).
Staying some seconds in a position Mantis (10) and next start do rotation (90' anti-clockwise direction) and in the same time do transit (body-left direction) to Back Neutral (22) position. During transit (body-left direction) body going through the position look like right side Sloth/Orangutang (17).
Staying some seconds in a position Back Neutral (22) and next start do rotation (90' anti-clockwise direction) and in the same time do transit (body-left direction) to Mantis (30) position. During transit (body-left direction) body going through the position look like left side Sloth/Orangutang (28).
