Individual approach — regardless of training level, I will design an exercises program that will step by step increase your bodyflying skills.
How it works:
Chat and/or call
During the consultation, we will discuss your goals, desires, and opportunities; I will then begin to examine your request and current bodyflying skills!
Training plans and instructions

After I prepare and send you a personal training plan (lessons), which includes instructions on how to perform exercises (tricks and elements).

Wind tunnel training

Then you study the lessons in a peaceful environment, then execute an independent workout according to my directions at a convenient time and place, film the workout on video (for example, on your phone), and submit it to me afterwards.

Debriefing

After watching your video, I will schedule a debriefing during which new goals will be established or errors will be corrected.
