For different types of exercises you need to have different numbers of "Wind lines" (usually used from 2 till 8 "wind lines").

The "Wind Lines"
It creates a feeling of the wind pressure to the body, like when vertical air flow pushing to your body during the flying in windtunnel or skydiving.

"Wind line" consists of:

  • Resistance bands (it can be one or more resistance bands, depends which wind pressure we need to create).
  • Device (blocks) for adjusting the length of the rope.
  • Body blanket for arms/legs or torso on a rope.

Depending on the exercise, we need to hang the required number of "wind lines" on the ceiling.

Depending on your location - you can ask the workers to make the necessary construction for you. We can help you if you tell us more about your space (room). Also we can manufacturing and sell for you the frame "Cube", or fabric ceiling.

As a ceiling, we can use:
  • Metal or wood structures
  • Stretched slings (fabric ceiling)
  • Hooks
  • Mechanical devices

Ceiling height:

  • Minimal height - 2.5 meters (8,2 ft)
  • Recommend height - 3.3 meters (11 ft)

For many exercises you need to use a floor.
A comfortable supports will help you to feel better.

The "Wind saddles"
As a "wind saddles", we can use:
  • Mats
  • Pillows
  • "Wind chairs"
  • Head down chairs
  • Mechanical devices

Floor space:

  • Minimal square - 2.3 meters (8 ft) long - 2.3 meters (8 ft) wide
  • Recommend square - 3.3 meters (11 ft) long - 3.3 meters (11 ft) wide
