Unlike the "Step by step" and "All Steps" learnings materials - the "Fast way" method is based on the principle of focus and quickly mastering 4 body orientations in a wind flow:
it includes training 6 groups of bodyflying positions and transitions between them, that will most quickly develop overall muscles balance for controlling your body in the wind flow on a low, middle and high speed:
We will learn how to move in any direction inside the windtunnel on your belly, stand on the net, and return.
We will learn how to lay to the net (on your back), return to the net, next move upward, downward and next move in any direction while flying on the back. We’ll also connect belly and back positions through a simple transitions.
Next, we’ll learn how to fly in a 45-degree angle orientation between belly and head up. From here, we’ll start working on more advanced transitions from belly to back and back to belly.
Improve the feeling between back horizontal and head up orientations. The wind speed will be higher at this stage. We will also combine all the experience we have already gained into simple dynamic combinations.
Quickly begin flying at high wind speed in a vertical head up orientation! Also keep refining our transitions, adding dynamic combinations to make our flight wider and more useful.
Next, we move on to a quick and high-quality mastery of vertical head down bodyflying. We will learn how to do movements in all directions and transits from knees, sit and head up to head down.
