#12 Carving-jumps: "BELLY WING - BIRD - BELLY WING" and to the SOLDIER in the end
Wind speed: Medium
(1) Carving in position BELLY WING (2) keep carving and create inertia to fall down (3) use inertia to do transit to BIRD position (4-5-6) keep carving and do transit (7) start to do transit to BELLY WING position (8-9) keep carving and do transit (10-11-12-13-14-15) keep carving in BELLY WING position (16) next fall down and transit to SOLDIER position
here only first part of the exercise - watch video - i am sure it is not hard to understand how to do step (16) ! Good wind my friends!
P.S. i add HUNTER position to the basic positions list - because - it is helpful for that exercise =))
