BACK SCREW - PRO EXERCISE (v.15)

This exercise need to do with no stops between the parts.
From position Star (1) do transit (350' back + 360' body-left direction) through the positions like:
- left Star Side (6);
- right side Aquarius (8);
- left Star Side (11);
to position Angel (19).
