This exercise need to do with no stops between the parts.
From position Star (1) do transit (350' back + 360' body-left direction) through the positions like: - left Star Side (6); -right side Aquarius (8); - left Star Side (11); to position Angel (19).
From position Star (1) do flip (350' back direction) around frontal axis of a body, and in the same time doing twist (360' body-left direction) around vertical axis of a body. Finish element in a position Angel (19).
